Buttery Yeast Dinner Rolls

Ingredients
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ cup Warm Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • ⅓ cup Butter or Margarine, softened
  • ⅓ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3¾ cups All Purpose Flour (Not Bread Flour)
  • 1 package Dry Yeast
  • ¼ cup Butter or Margarine
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients except the ¼ cup butter into bread machine in the order of "Liquids, Dry, Yeast".
  2. Select your dough cycle and start machine.
  3. Shape dough into 20-24 balls and place in buttered pan(s).
  4. Melt the ¼ cup butter, brush tops of rolls, save excess butter if desired to use after baking.
  5. Cover & let rise in warm place, about 1 hour or till doubled in size.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
  7. If desired brush cooked rolls with remaining butter.
