Cinnamon Roll Coffee Cake

Ingredients
  • Cake:
  • ½ Cup Butter, Melted
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
  • 4 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt
  • 1½ Cups Milk
  • Topping:
  • 1 Cup Butter, Melted
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • Glaze:
  • 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 5 Tablespoons Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix all the cake ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
  4. For the topping, mix all the ingredients together in bowl until well combined.
  5. Spread evenly on the batter and swirl with a knife. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
  6. For the glaze, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until it is a consistency like syrup.
  7. While warm drizzle the glaze over the cake and it will set into a harder glaze.
  8. Serve warm or at room temperature.
