These cookies come from my childhood and from the Italian side of my family. It has been forever since I’ve had them and made them. It is so funny how much a smell can bring about memories from the past!
These cookies are very simple, fun & tasty! I was hoping to wake up to snow falling this morning, sadly it felt more like a first day of spring kind of day, where it is chilly but the birds are singing, the sun shinning and I almost expected to see some bees buzz by,lol!
I believe it got into the 40’s, very unusual weather for December here. I know the snow is coming but I want it now, lol. Today there was still no packages waiting for us at the Post Office, sad panda…there is always tomorrow!!
