I recently went on a pan search. I usually don’t have anything in mind but feel the need/desire to add to my already huge stash of fun pans. I love Wilton, I don’t think I’ve purchased a product yet from them that I have not loved.
Everything I am writing is of my own opinion, I am not being paid or compensated in any way, just in case you were wondering. I just love Wilton and when I find a great product I enjoy using, I of course want to share!
I came across Wilton’s Brownie Bar Pan and decided I had to have it. I am really happy I did too. I just recently used it to make Julia Child’s Best-Ever Brownies, so you can check the picture & recipe of my brownies out on that post.
I did not have to use any kind of spray or anything to prepare the pan, the brownies just slid out, very simple. Clean up is always easy with my Wilton pans. The only issue I ever have is where to store my new pans, lol!
Just wondering, I got my new wilton brownie pan for Christmas. Do you think it would be okay to make other “individual” recipes in the pan? Didn’t find many websites that told me. Never had a wilton pan before.
Thanks
Hello Suki!
Thank you for stopping by. Yes, it certainly would be okay to make individual recipies in this pan. Yes, there seems to not be much information out there on this pan. It’s kind of a trial to see what works and what does not. If you would like to talk more about the pan and more specific about what individual recipes, please email me and I’d be more than happy to offer any help I can 🙂 Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Hi Rose,
I got this pan for Christmas last year and am just getting around to using it since it was misplaced in a move. You said you didn’t prep the pan at all and the brownies slid right out. I was wondering if you had tried a box brownie mix in them and if so did you have the same result? Can’t wait to give it try.
I have not personally used a boxed mix in this pan but I do not see why you couldn’t!
